Applicability

Return will be applicable only in case of an inherent manufacturing defect within the purchased item.

Manufacturing defect

The following are considered to be a defect - - Fabric torn/worn off - Visible Hole - Visible Cut Fabric misprint/color representation doesnt constitute a defect.

Evidance

A parcel opening video showcasing a manufacturing defect is a must for any return request.

Quality check

Item/s to be returned will be subject to a quality check. Return process will be initiated only after successful completion of the check. PnP Creations, Pune will not bear the Reshipping charges in case quality check fails.

Validity

Return request will be entertained strictly within 7 days of delivery of the purchased item.

Refund of money

Refund of money will be processed with the same mode of payment as that at the time of purchase.

Refund timeline

Refund of money will be completed within 7 working days from successful completion of quality check.

Exchange

Altered product

No exchange will be available in case the purchased item is altered to any extent

Number of exchange iterations

Only one exchange will be admissible for every purchased item
